1. Description of Service
Fable Nights (the "App") is a mobile application that lets parents create AI-generated, personalized bedtime stories for their children.
The App may be used by adult (18+) parents or legal guardians who create an account and accept these Terms.
2. Account and Parental Responsibility
The account holder is responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information entered into child profiles.
Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the App and for approving content/settings choices (e.g. voice cloning, universe themes).
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The App offers Moonlight, Stardust and Family subscription tiers with different feature sets. Current prices and feature scope are listed on the store pages and within the App.
Subscriptions may auto-renew subject to the relevant store's (App Store/Google Play) policies; cancellations and refunds are handled under that store's rules.
4. Acceptable Use
The App may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to other users' data is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
Story text and narration generated within the App are licensed to the parent for family use; the App itself, its design and underlying technology belong to Fable Nights.
6. Limitation of Liability
Because content is generated by AI, it may occasionally include unexpected phrasing; parents are encouraged to review content.
The App is designed to run reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
